It is helpful to break up your problems into smaller more manageable steps. One small step is usually all anyone can handle at one time.
Take responsibility for yourself and your own life. You are the only one that can give to yourself what you want and need.
Accept your feelings, thoughts and fears and deal with them to the best of your ability.
Do not fear making a mistake. This is the only opportunity we have to improve and learn. Make the mistakes of yesterday your lessons for today.
Our greatest feat is not in never failing, but in rising every time we may fail.
A person who has committed a mistake and does not try and correct it or learn from it is committing another mistake.
Remember most things are difficult before they become easy.
Take the chance. Why? Because the one who is willing to take that chance is the one that will go the furthest.
Your only obligation in any lifetime is to be true to yourself.
